This is 50 mg of Topomax with 300 mg Wellbutrin... 30 minutes in my blood stream I think. I get frustrated a few times and nearly cry. When I cry my right side of my face goes numb and my speech really slows. This is consistent every time I am emotionally triggered.
Two weeks adjustment period, right?

I am thinking I need to do these like every other day to see if I can see improvements or not. I notice as the 24-hourdness wears off or whatever, I get the ability to put better sentences togeter. but not always. My ablity with fine motor sills sucks and K am leaving this unadjusted. My mornings are a blur usually and I feel like I'm stoned.
Be patient with me.
